Area of Interest

My research interests lie at the intersection of plant microbiome interactions, microbial ecology, and plant disease suppression. I am interested in exploring microbial diversity, host-microbiome interactions, and pathogen inhibition strategies using multi-omics approaches. My broader goal is to develop sustainable disease management strategies that enhance plant immunity, restore microbial homeostasis, and reduce reliance on chemical pesticides.

2. Nature Fund Project (Grant No. C2017032) Contributed to research aimed at identifying key genes responsible for rice resistance against Magnaporthe grisea (rice blast pathogen). (Participated).
