华南农业大学植物病理学/微生物学研究员。先后涉足植物抗病(茉莉酸信号)、动物胚胎发育(肝脏发育、基因修复)、 微生物群体感应及作物绿色栽培等多个研究方向。课题组目前主要以甘蔗、玉米和柑橘为研究对象,致力于:1)研究甘蔗鞭黑粉菌和玉米瘤黑粉菌的侵染致病机制,挖掘寄主的关键抗病基因,解析菌丝发育及侵染时与寄主植物的互作机制等;2)鉴定柑橘溃疡病菌、柑橘黄龙病菌的关键致病因子及群体感应信号,研发新型的信号淬灭菌/剂。自入职华农以来,以第一作者或通讯作者在PNAS, Environmental Microbiology, Journal of Fungi, Frontiers in Microbiology, BMC Genomics, Molecular Plant Pathology, Journal of Genetics and Genomics 等刊物发表研究论文多篇;第一发明人获国家发明专利授权十余项。先后主持过国家自然科学基金面上项目,973科技计划子课题,广东省、广州市自然科学基金、科技计划项目等多项。
