国家优秀青年基金获得者(2020年)。在植物病原真菌细胞自噬的生物学功能及其上下游信号调控机制方面取得了系统性、创新性研究成果,首次报道真菌细胞铁死亡的生物学现象与功能。以第一/通讯(含共同)作者在Autophagy, Annual Review of Microbiology, PLoS Pathogens, New Phytologist, Journal of Integrative Plant Biology, Antioxidants&Redox Signaling等期刊发表学术论文30多篇。
研究领域:
以稻瘟病菌和甘蔗黑穗病菌为主要研究对象,围绕细胞自噬、蛋白乙酰化修饰系统、跨界化学通讯信号分子鉴定及其作用机理、环境信号应答等方面研究植物病原真菌致病机制。
