冯涛声，1987年生于广东惠州。2005-2009年在香港中文大学生物化学系修读理学学士，甲等荣誉毕业（辅修生物学）。期间获资助前往加拿大西安大略大学及美国加州理工学院参与暑期实验交流。2011 -2015年在新加坡南洋理工大学修读博士，在导师刘定祥教授的指导下，开展冠状病毒的分子生物学研究。以鸡传染性支气管炎（infectious bronchitis virus，IBV）为模型，研究冠状病毒感染过程中，宿主细胞应激反应的活化，及其对细胞自噬、凋亡、天然免疫和促炎症反应等的调控作用。2016年至今在澳门大学健康科学院罗茜教授课题组参与研究工作，利用基于荧光共振能量转移（fluorescent resonance energy transfer, FRET）的凋亡探针研究乳腺癌的转移和耐药机制。
